Leonard Pare

Leonard Pare, RPT

After 20 plus years of hospital, private practice, and convalescent work using standard physical therapy modalities and the usual active and passive exercises, it was my decision to  use a more gentle but profound approach to physical therapy care, craniosacral therapy. Years of education seminars and deep study has led me to practice manual physical therapy and sports medicine utilizing the works of Dr. James Cyriax and Dr. John Upledger. Dr. Cyriax is a consultant in orthopedic medicine and Dr. Upledger is a master of manual osteopathic medicine.

Many people can benefit from Craniosacral Therapy. It can enhance well-being, increase calm, improve sleep, and deepen relaxation. Craniosacral Therapy can positively affect many health issues including anxiety, arthritis, fibromyalgia, headaches, hypertension, insomnia, pain, stress and stress-related symptoms.
